Preparation Day 1
Dry the quark, to do that hang the quark in a cloth over a container for ~24h. Over that time, the quark will lose approximately 40% in weight.
Preparation Day 2
- Chop almond into small pieces
- Grate the lemon peel
- Mix Vanilla sugar, egg yolk and sugar, stir until foamy
- Warm the butter, add butter salt and quark, continue stir
- Add chopped almond, candied lemon, lemon peel, cream and raisins, stir until the ingredients are evenly spread
Done, that’s it! Portion in small servings, this stuff is handful. Consume the pasra over the course of the next day, it contains raw egg after all.
